Customer Review: 4.0 out of 5 stars

Reviewer:
From the novice vintner to a more experienced hand, this book is one of the better ones I have seen. At the start, the author describes and explains the home wine-making process, the equipment necessary, the "lingo", and gives a decent time-line for completion.  A definite recommendation for anyone who is avidly home brewing wine or mead.
The recipes are usually simple and are for one-gallon batches. Some are a little weird, but it does say "unusual" in the title.
